The Why Behind Our Work

Most of us do not get the information and education we need to identify and cope with mental health and wellness issues early enough. As a result, we develop mental wellness blindspots that prevent us from recognizing the signs and taking action to help ourselves and others.

Our work is focused creating, distributing, and promoting entertainment and educational programs that inspire and motivate people to become mentally fit.

We are creators of mental fitness media …

  • Raising awareness for the importance of mental strength
  • Educating people on the implications for neglecting it.
  • Motivating people to take action to help themselves and others.
  • Directing people to resources and valuable mental health services.
  • Giving recognition to the people and organizations who inspire others.
