Robert Morgan
President & Founder
Robert serves as the President of Pivotal Moments. Bob leads all efforts to develop the programs and content to deliver on the mission of Pivotal Moments. Robert is the co-founder, Board Director and Executive Advisor of MorganFranklin Consulting and served as its CEO from its creation in 1998 until 2013. While at MorganFranklin he served in numerous philanthropic leadership positions in the Washington DC Region including the Wounded Warrior Project, Leukemia Lymphoma Society, American Heart Association, and others.
Erik Ayers
Chief Marketing Officer
Erik has spent over 20 years delivering employee-centered marketing strategies. He has a penchant for big ideas that tap into the human spirit in order to build business and distinguish brands. Erik provides Pivotal Moments with marketing and strategic support to get the word out on our mental health mission, growth goals and positive impact. Erik is also the CEO and co-founder of GoodSeeker, a software solution for companies who want to discover and share more positive workplace content to build their culture and brand.
Erin McNamara
Social Media & Marketing Coordinator
Erin helps to promote all of our Pivotal Moments channels. She works with each channel host to develop and implement social media plans to promote mental fitness. She also works with mission partners and corporate partners to execute sponsorship and co-marketing campaigns. Erin is a proud recent graduate from Mary Washington University.

Creative Director & Sr. Designer
Morgan has a passion for working with clients to develop creative strategies, then rolling up her sleeves to produce the supporting assets , materials and web experiences that ensure results. She loves taking on new challenges and continuously refining her skills. She contributes invaluable design and creative support to the entire Pivotal Moments tea.
Ben Morgan
Director, Content Management and Production
Ben serves as the Director of Content Management for Pivotal Moments. Ben leads efforts to aggregate, produce and deliver education and entertainment content through Pivotal Moments channels and Wellness Education Center. Ben also assists Talaria Media with the development and production of films and documentaries. Ben recently graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Information Science and Technology.
Sandy Lutton
Director of Her Journey
Sandy leads efforts to develop programmatic fundraising and strategic partnerships for PivotalMoments. Formerly, the Chief Revenue Officer of The Washington Speakers Bureau, Sandy has a proven track record in creating and executing strategic visions that drive sustainable growth. Her focus on strategic planning, developing and executing growth plans, and building long-term strategic partnerships and client relations has led to her success. She has consulted with organizations on go-to-market strategies, strategic planning and growth strategies. She has held positions on several not-for-profit boards including the March of Dimes and The People’s Portfolio.
Jenn Sherman
Director of We Are Everyone
In 2017, Jenn founded The Influencer Collective, a digital asset strategy and podcast production firm. The Influencer Collective is a network of experts and podcast shows that drive social impact. With a focus on building meaningful relationships and facilitating real conversations, Jenn is the host of several podcast shows including A Dose of Your Future, We Are Everyone, and The Influencer Collective Show. Jenn’s experience spans from the business-to-business, business-to-consumer, technology, health and non-for-profit space. She excels at leading integrated marketing and digital media campaigns to help companies increase their overall bottom line.

Elias is a professional speaker, award-winning author, entrepreneur, and coach. He is the founder of Game Seven Group, an organization that aims to inspire the world to believe in the power of teamwork. Game Seven Group works with teams and leaders in the business, nonprofit, medical, and sports worlds to unlock excellence, reach their potential, and ultimately win using the spirit and culture of a professional sports organization.
Lee is the award-winning author of Think Like a Fan: Invest in Your Fans So They Invest in You; Win: What Every Team Needs to Know to Create a Championship Culture and co-author of The Business Recovery Checklist: How to Thrive in the Aftermath of COVID19 and Stay in Medicine: How Physicians Can Move Past Burnout and Regain Control. He Was named to Drexel’s 40 under 40 class of 2018. He currently resides in the Philadelphia, PA suburbs with his wife, Janet, and their two children, Logan and Alina.

Howie has over 42 years of combined military and corporate experience leading change management, communications and intelligence project teams, portfolios and accounts. Howie has a successful track record of building high performing teams by helping organizations establish their vision, set goals, and develop a strategic execution plan to accomplish their goals to high standards. Howie is most passionate about developing effective leaders and high performing teams.
Tamara Alan
Director Nashville Chapter
Tamara worked for several years as a successful entertainment attorney, record label owner and artist rep, licensed in California and Tennessee. During her career, she discovered, developed, and managed a variety of acts from Rock to Country to Contemporary Christian. Tamara’s clients have garnered numerous awards, including multiple Grammys.
In 2010, upon learning of her college classmate’s diagnosis, Tamara co-founded The Kevin Turner Foundation (KTF), to focus on the connection between ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease) and repeated brain trauma in athletes. Tamara’s client, Grammy nominated, multiplatinum recording artist, Ty Herndon, used Kevin Turner’s ALS story for his “Journey On” music video, which became the battle cry for the foundation. Tamara now focuses on bringing her expertise and relationships in sports and entertainment to Pivotal Moments Media. Tamara lives in Nashville with husband David, and sons, Will and Beckett.
Will Browning
Director, Los Angeles Chapter
Will is a distinguished business advisor with more than 19 years of experience in the insurance industry helping athletes, entertainers and family offices across the country. He has lead the sales and management of a rapidly-growing telecommunications company, from start-up through its successful IPO. He has helped many C-level executives, business owners and non-profits address challenging issues related to insurance, financial planning, and business strategy.
Will has served as Past Chairman of the Leadership Board for The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Los Angeles. Recently, Will was a Co-Executive Producer and instrumental in the production of the inspirational sports documentary Saving the Roar completed in 2020 and is currently working with the same film team on various projects
JB Spisso
Director, Las Vegas Chapter
JB has 30 years of experience transforming individuals into leaders. He is a veteran of the United States Army with 26 years of service, including ten years in Special Operations with the elite 75th Ranger Regiment, leading the Country’s most talented Soldiers in combat. JB retired at the prominent rank of Sergeant Major, the highest and most respected Non-Commissioned Officer position in the military.
JB is extensively well-versed as a leader, trainer, and educator. He has executed effective team building and leadership training for several professional sports teams, including NFL and NHL clubs, and was the first in the National Hockey League to hold the position of Executive Director of Leadership and Cultural Development, spawning similar roles with other professional teams throughout the league.
He routinely advises C-Suite executives on leadership and culture and is a sought after speaker for industry gatherings and leadership podcasts. JB understands the rigors, the risk, the teamwork, and the mindset needed for success.JB holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Organizational Management & Leadership from Nyack College and studied under notable sports psychologist Dr. Derek Anderson from 2014-2017. JB has recently published his first book, Warrior Leadership: Steps to Success for Leaders on the Ground
