Fire Department as Affiliate
As a proud Founder of this community, the Fire Department will receive 10% of the revenue generated from Pivotal Moments’ general community subscription, fostering a sustainable partnership.
Funding Proposal
To ensure the successful establishment and operation of this community, we propose a 3-year funding commitment, outlined as follows:
- Consultation and Platform Creation/Management: $100,000/year ($300,000 Total)
- Production of 150 short-form videos highlighting First Responders across the country: $5,000/video ($750,000 Total)
- Total of $1,050,000
Our Education Methodology

Life’s unexpected challenges can throw us off course. In “Be a Fireman,” you’ll learn how to proactively address and overcome obstacles, making it easier to recover and rebuild after life’s fires.
3. Be the Author: Take Control of Your Life’s Narrative
Your life’s story is yours to write. The “Be the Author” course empowers you to take ownership of your mission, values, and purpose, ensuring that you’re the one holding the pen.
4. Be a Pilot: Navigate Your Life with Confidence
Planning and preparation are essential for a successful journey. “Be a Pilot” equips you with the tools to chart your course, prepare for potential turbulence, and enjoy the ride.
5. Be a GM: Build a Strong Support Network
Surrounding yourself with the right people can make all the difference. In “Be a GM,” you’ll learn how to identify and connect with individuals who can support you in achieving your goals.
6. Be Intentional: Set Goals and Take Action
